Friday Night Fun is a new weekly dining event created by our talented Culinary Team. The staff is able to showcase creative and unique specialties which are locally and seasonally inspired. We are always committed to using the freshest ingredients available and to offering healthy meals to suit a variety of personal tastes.
Previous meals included a Braised Beef Short Rib w/ Wild Mushroom Burgundy Demi served w/ Twice Baked Gold Potatoes, Roasted Brussel sprouts w/ Pancetta, Caramelized Onions & Figs. Another popular item was the Pan Seared South Carolina Swordfish served w/ Roasted Butternut Squash & Mascarpone Risotto topped w/ Arugula, Lemon Garlic, Toasted Almond which was a hug hit.
The meal is available from 4:30pm-7:00pm and includes a protein, starch, vegetable served along with the fresh salad bar, beverage and dessert options. Join us for a meal and see what all the buzz is about!
