New Faces in the Health Care Center

You may have noticed several new faces in the Healthcare center and we would like to take a minute to introduce them.

Director of Nursing, Dana Withrow, RN, comes to us from Conover Nursing and Rehabilitation Center with 11 years of long-term care experience: 3 years as a  ADON, and 8 years as a DON. Dana began her nursing career as a CNA in acute care, and has also worked in the ICU/ER.

Clinical Educator, Linda Stanton, MHS, BSN, RN, brings 27 years of experience to her position.  Linda has actually worked with us before as Staff Development Coordinator and shift supervisor.  We are glad to have her back!  Linda has worked in critical care and adult ICU before moving to hospice and long-term care.

Home Care Coordinator, Brittany Vance has been with us since June 2018 and has 2 years experience as an RN.  She was the DON at The Crossings at Reynolds Mountain before joining us.

These team members bring a tremendous amount of talent to their positions and each have a wide range of responsibilities in the Health Care Center which ensures the safety and excellent care of both the residents and staff .

If you haven’t met them yet, please stop by and introduce yourself!  We are very happy to have them here at the Farm!
