Carol Watson, who has been part of the Givens Highland Farms for an incredible 45 years, was recently honored with the Service Excellence Award from LeadingAge North Carolina.
Carol works in Financial Operations, supporting team members through payroll and accounts payable. In her role, she ensures accurate, timely financial operations by handling accounts payable, payroll processing, and assisting with financial audits.
The award was presented by Tom Akins, CEO of LeadingAge North Carolina, at a ceremony held at Givens Highland Farms, who noted that Carol approaches her work with remarkable dedication, care, integrity, and consistently exemplifying the core values of Givens Communities. Her expertise, reliability, and commitment behind the scenes helps operations running smoothly and strong.
