Have you heard about our extensive Home Care Services available to our residents who live in independent and adult care?

These are examples of several services which can be provided in the homes of independent living residents as well as in adult care and the skilled care facility: Caregiver support, wellness visits, emergency pendants alert response, medication management, lab work, injections, immunizations, wound care, nail care and lots more.

Home care also provides personal care and companion services, pet care, household management, personal transportation, medication assistance and 24 hour emergency assistance. Each person has unique needs and our trained nursing staff does a tremendous job of creating an individual plans to meet those needs to ensure optimal independence. It’s nice to know that home care is just a phone call away instead of trips to the doctor.

Brookside clinic is now open Tuesday and Thursday from 1 -2 p.m. Free services at the clinic include: vital checks, weight tracking, medication review/education, chronic illness management, pain management/evaluation, new equipment setup and training.
