There’s nothing quite like this joyous time of the year and being with loved ones with the smell of a Thanksgiving meal wafting in the air. This year, we had 234 people (exactly 117 guests and 117 residents!) who joined together for fellowship and a glorious meal prepared by our talented Executive Chef and Dining Staff. The elegant menu included innovative twists on old favorites, with plenty of local and fresh ingredients which provided the highest quality and a variety of healthy options, and a few not so healthy ones.
