Brookside, the senior living community’s newest apartment neighborhood, was completed Oct. 31 and residents started moving in Nov. 1. A special open house and welcoming ceremony was held Nov. 21, with music, a blessing of the building and remarks about the significance of the achievement. Read the article here.
Josue Molina, the Director of Sales & Marketing for Givens Communities, emphasized the demand for communities like Givens Highland Farms. “Many continuing care retirement communities have long waitlists and people are eager to move in,” Molina said. “We saw that with how quickly homes sold in Brookside and Vista Ridge — we are all excited that we can begin work toward Vista Ridge South, which allow us to serve more older adults in our region.”
