You can start your day with a leisurely loop around the pond with your pet. Or you can enjoy more social group activities such as yoga, Tai Chi, line dancing, and strength and stretching classes. Just being outside in the fresh air and enjoying the scenic vista of the Black Mountains can help you breathe a little deeper and provide motivation to improve your well-being.
