Also known as Continuing Care Retirement Communities, or CCRCs, Life Plan Communities provide additional peace of mind for active seniors who appreciate the assurance of quality healthcare if and when needed.
Givens Highland Farms provides licensed and accredited independent living, services and amenities, and health services, allowing residents to create a plan for future care and financial security.
In addition to these health services, Givens Highland Farms has a Home Care program, supporting residents with additional services when they desire to remain in their homes for as long as possible. Qualifying for residency at Givens Highland Farms is simple.
After you’ve qualified, you are ready to take the following steps.
Josue determines the marketing strategy and works closely with the operations team to ensure the services and amenities offered by the community continue to meet the expectations of current and future residents.
Carla meets with everyone who is considering a move. She is your first friendly face and can answer all your questions about community living. Carla also hosts small group tours several times each month, where you have the opportunity to learn all about Givens Highland Farms and meet a few residents who live here.
Lori is the glue that keeps us all together. She keeps the paperwork and data entry flowing and helps with our social media. Lori is the cheerful voice on the phone when you call in for information. She looks forward to meeting all the new residents.
You also have access to all the amenities on campus, including an exercise studio, beauty and barbershop, woodshop, arts and crafts studio, library, winter greenhouse, community garden, and so much more.
Givens Highland Farms is a Life Plan Community providing the full continuum of care, which means you receive valuable peace of mind from knowing your assets are protected. You have a plan to receive quality healthcare in the future.
Givens Highland Farms offers three Entrance Fee options for independent living residences. Depending on your goals for your estate plan, you may choose from either a 0%, 50%, or 90% refundable Entrance Fee. Our marketing representatives will assist you in evaluating which Entrance Fee plan is right for you.
